Get Involved

We hope that you will prayerfully consider joining us Saturday, August 15th, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. at Dardenne Presbyterian Church for our next workday.  What better way to end the summer than by donating some time to help a neighbor in need.

We have the following SEVEN projects lined up for this month;

1. We plan to continue our partnership by supporting an external yard project at an Emmaus Community Home;

2. We will support an elderly client by fabricating a new entry deck and installing some custom low-rise, wide-tread steps from the deck to an existing slab;

3. A third team will support a wheelchair bound client by installing a handicap ramp out the front of their home.  This site was referred to RSC by SCCAD;

4. A fourth team will assist a wheelchair bound client by installing a handicap ramp out the front of their home;

5. A fifth team will support a previous client by working on a number of small repair projects inside and outside of their home;

6. A sixth team will help an elderly widow by installing smoke detectors in the home and an entry step with handrail off the front porch;

7. A final team will help an elderly client by cleaning up her yard to prevent a code violation.

As we say….”If you want to change the world, what better place to begin than by helping a neighbor in need!  Hope to see you soon!
